Please be fine. I know it's very tough but since that path is already chosen,
do take care of yourself too.. I mean.. it's not a short term thing. It spans over 2 years and now half of the year is almost gone.
I know i'm in no position to say much but..
Do stay strong. When you are going through hard times like now, dont be too hard on yourself..
Just do to the best of your ability and you'll be alright.
